Welcome to Our Candle Journey!
We’re Carina and Andy, a Portuguese-British duo with a shared love for candles, creativity, and a bit of mischief. Our story began long before the wax started melting, with Andy persistently nudging me to explore candle-making—an idea I playfully brushed off for years. Little did he know, I was quietly scheming behind the scenes!
One day, while dealing with stress at work, I decided to sign up for an extensive candle-making course, diving into the world of wax melts, concrete creations, resin wonders, and, my absolute favorite—pillar candles. They became my canvas, where I could truly let my creativity shine.
When I finally revealed my secret, Andy’s reaction was priceless—he was speechless (which, trust me, doesn’t happen often). I simply said, “Guess what? I’m making candles, and you’re joining me!” His expression was a mix of shock and delight, proving once again that after all these years, I can still surprise him.
By day, we both juggle 9-to-5 jobs (or a bit longer), but by night, we transform our home into a cozy candle-making haven. And it’s not just the two of us—our little family includes our daughter Beatriz (who’s already creating her own pumpkin candles), our cheeky Cockapoo Leo (always around the kitchen looking for attention and cheese), and our mischievous cat Loki (who mainly comes home to eat), all contributing in their own unique (and sometimes chaotic) ways.
Our candle-making adventure is more than a hobby; it’s a shared passion that brings warmth, creativity, and a lot of smiles into our lives. We hope our candles do the same for you—adding a touch of love and light to your home.
